ELGYDIUM® Anti-Plaque
In order to maintain good oral hygiene and prevent gingivitis and periodontal diseases, it is necessary to prevent the build-up of plaque on the surface of the teeth. The damaging effect of dental plaque can be prevented by removing it from the surface of each tooth (from both the inside and outside faces), on a daily basis. Elgydium® Anti-Plaque Toothpaste is specially formulated to dissolve and eliminate dental plaque, preventing tooth decay and the causes of gingivitis and periodontal disease. ELGYDIUM® Sensitive
Dentinal hypersensitivity (sensitive teeth) occurs when the dentine (middle layer) of a tooth, normally covered by enamel, becomes exposed. If the dentine is exposed, teeth can become sensitive, manifesting in a sharp, painful sensation when drinking or eating something hot, cold or sweet or when brushing or scaling teeth. Some of the causes of dentinal hypersensitivity include brushing teeth too hard, dental erosion, poor oral hygiene, gum disease, a cracked tooth or filling and untreated cavities.
